Ministry of Love has come to a new era as the dictator and a propagandist saw the coming of the New World, not only a physical world of flesh and blood but a World of Thoughts and Ideas, and a higher meaning for a system of Terror of Love that is to be forced into the hearts and souls of every member of this passive and lazy mankind to realize the meaning of the new true Love that is both realistically cruel and lovingly tender.
