Paavoharju . Travelling in spaces

Film treatment

Paavoharju is an ecsentric forestband of bornagain Christian jesus-hippies from Savonlinna. We fall deep in to the mysteries of Paavoharju through an American jewish Christian filmmaker Jesse. Being a vagabond and a citizen of the world Jesse ends up to a Paavoharju concert in London, which leads him to come to Finland to shoot a film of Paavoharju. In Finland Jesse starts to think about the influence of the spaces for a human mind. Being from a Christian family with a hippie backround he’s identity is formed by a narrow universe that is 6000 years old and the mysteries of infinite universe of UFO’s that he’s heard from his uncle-Larry an old hippie. The basic scientific problem introduced in the film is: is the universe 6000 years old of 7 billion years old. As you can imagine the difference of these times is huge and it also affects to the volume of the universe and, most importantly, to the human memories. Jesse starts to have this feeling that he is getting lost in an infinite universe that is not only 7 billion years old but that there are billions of lightyears of empty space and billions of paraller universes which live their own life without no-one to ever see or hear them. In these spaces the memories of you, your memories, your body and everything you have ever created will float for forever and no-one will never see or hear or find them. The sense of this floating is a familiar feeling for Jesse, having lived his youth in Hong Kong and having travelled all around the world, apart from his family and kin. All these universes Jesse finds in the music of Paavoharju and in the spaces where they live. These ecsentric musicians live in the forest huts, 500 m2 cave where's a lot of dump all around, a pool full of dead swollen hedgehogs and a couple bunks for sleeping. These spaces are like micro-universes that open Jesse’s understanding for the macro-universe. His mind is also expanded when he has a paranormal experience with a co-writer and a co-director of the film. They have an exactly same experience of going from dizziness of mind to an abnormal clarity of mind, at the exactly same moment.

This is a weird band documentary of a weird band. We use the bands music, mythology and the places where they live to open our minds to the memories. Towards the end Jesse realizes that he is loosing the memories of his own family while living in another continent. The generation that was before him is going towards the grave and with them he is loosing his memories and his identity. It’s all lost in space, in emptiness.

Film consists of atmospheric scenes of Paavoharju –spaces (that are plenty) and the directors voiceover where he speaks about his memories and experiences. Paavoharju makes the music for the film and mixes the natural sounds and voices. There are also interviews from Paavoharju members and friends where they speak about the stories of spaces, such as when they found a dead hanged body from the old factory in which they lived. The age of the universe will go unanswered, but the film portrays a feeling of both small and infinite universe, and a feeling when your mind expands from the small universe to the infinite or vice versa.

Satan

I watched Roman Polanski's The Ninth Gate for the second time. Last time when I watched it a few years ago I didn't like it. Mostly because of it's evil and satanic message. This time I liked it a lot.

Polanski's blasphemy in The 9th Gate can be even compared with Bunuels Viridiana. He's a mocking the blaah blaah blaah hypocrit humanists with his black humour and sharp anarchism. I understand why the moron critics don't understand Polanski's films, while he is constantly ahead of these idiotic times. Being survived from the holocaust Polanski understands the true nature of man. When the humanists state that every man is good, Polanski sees the evil as the typical state of human excistence.

Now we come to my best subject: christianity. Satan worshipping is naturally a phenomenon of christianity. It's not anti-religion as satanists claim, it's the same religion, same as christianity. Also Satan is the same as God. If you read The Old Testament you will see the One who kills israelites like mad dogs. He is called the jealous God, God of wrath, God of war. He is the one who orders israelites to kill heathen to the last cat, dog, woman and child, leaving no-one to cry for their fathers and husbands.

Satan came to the picture later, but he was also a creation of God, and God had given him power to kill and torture and to have followers. Many Satan worshippers come from the pentagostal families and that makes sense. If they haven't died on drugs or suicide after having an affair with the Devil, they'll come back to their old christian religion. But in fact they've had never changed their religion.

I read a book about a nazi destruction camp. It was Christmas. I was lying next to my wife, not being able to sleep and thought about the surreality of the moment. Of all these loving, caring people around me. This is all going to end, I thought to myself. Make yourself tough and strong, for the destruction will come. You should not fear the suffering, for the suffering is a natural state of a human existence.

The endless row of human waste, walking with heavy burdens. Nazi soldiers or other prisoners, higher in ranks, beat them as they fall or slow down. Destruction camp is not only a destruction of the bodies in the gas chambers, but a destruction of will and soul in a dehumanizing hard work and starvation. To survive you have to lie, steal, kill and cheat.

The nazies are prisoners too, they also struggle to keep their souls. They are a part of this industrial human sacrifice, and still they try to go home and love their wives and children.

I imagine the world as a large scale destruction camp and a millions of poor people working, killing, stealing and lying to survive everyday. (I have seen all this happen in South-Africa, Myanmar, Philippines...) I am a nazi in this working camp. my well-being is a cause of suffering and a brutal death for millions. But the end will come for me as sure as the morning. I have to work out, I have to take on heat and cold. The skin must be thicker, but more so for the soul. Struggle! Seek the Truth all time! Run from the nazies, run from their lies!

The Second Coming

Ingsoc has returned with a message for a common man. Everything that was, has become new, changed, new realities have come into excistence. Not that the Truth has never excisted before, but your humble servant, leader, teacher and a dictator has crossed His path with the Destiny and therefore has become one of The Two Witnesses of The Book of Revelation with the devouring fire from their mouths.

"These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth. If anyone tries to harm them, fire comes from their mouths and devours their enemies." (Rev.11:4,5)

This is a new era of a mankind. We will fulfill the evaluation of the values that Nietzsche started more than 100 years ago. What Nietzsche in his antisemitism couldn't understand is that The 2nd Witness belongs to the Holy Tribe of Israel. 2 weeks and 1 day ago everything changed when Ingsoc and the 2nd Witness walked thru the invisible border that seperates the mankind from Greatness. Ubermench is never a state for the whole humanity but a state for a few great individuals throughout the history.

Him who has ears will hear the words of Wisdom and him who is patient will see my new documentary of the art and life in the beginning of 2008. My will to create has never been greater and there are plans for the documentaries about the genious of Paavoharju(together with the 2nd witness) and of Roi Vaara.
